dc.description.abstract |
This study compared the impact of Organisational Culture with the impact of Organisational Readiness for Change on Organisational Change Success. Respondents to this study were from local government offices in Australia (n=231 ). Data collected were used to answer four research questions, which showed that Culture and Readiness for Change are mutually supportive. This means that the chances of achieving Change Success would be improved if both Culture and Readiness in organisations were managed concurrently. | |
