The literacy challenges that adolescents encounter in secondary school environments are increasingly complex, particularly as they move into senior classes. This study investigated the literacy learning environments that are most likely to lead to improved academic outcomes for students in the context of year 11 English, History and Science.Working from a collaborative teacher-researcher partnership provided insights into teachers’ use of literacy data, the instructional decisions they made, the response from students, and the academic outcomes that were achieved. | |
