Little has been published on successful leadership practices in interprofessional education despite these practices being the focus of contemporary leadership theories. This thesis aims to advance our understanding of leadership in the higher education context. The research explores the impact of several leadership practices in facilitating the embedding of interprofessional education into health sciences curricula in an Australian university. A model of leadership in interprofessional education has been developed from the findings. | en_US |
