dc.description.abstract |
A Bag, A Beret and a Book of Poems deploys the concept of the silhouette biography, with its reliance on contextual detail to build the sense of a real life, in conjunction with the form of the verse novel, to construct a life narrative for a homeless woman whose body was found in Kings Park in 2001. The exegesis outlines and analyses the reading that informed the generic decisions made in relation to the creative project. | en_US |
