A descriptive, cross-sectional design study conducted to determine health professionals’ perception of patient safety and quality in a Western Australian hospital. The validated Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Culture™ tool was used to collect quantitative data and a small component of qualitative data from a free text section. Comparison of the findings were made with the Agency for Healthcare Quality and Research 2016 comparative database to allow quantification of PSC in the Australian healthcare context. | en_US |
