dc.description.abstract

This rural Western Australian Participatory action research (PAR) project developed and validated the Rural Sexual Health in Youth (RuSHY) Framework. The RuSHY Framework can be utilised to inform the planning, implementation and evaluation of multi-level community-based sexual health interventions for young people in the rural setting. Additionally, this project tested the application of embedded Delphi studies within PAR, contributed to contemporary rural sexual health research literature and gave rural stakeholders a voice.
