    Abstract

This research employs mixed-method approach to explore and determine the blended value requirements and corresponding optimal mitigation strategies for e-business sustainability. The first phase of the study identifies sixty-three blended value requirements and eighteen mitigation strategies. In the second phase, seven hypotheses are developed and data collected for quantitative tests. Findings from the second phase of the research strongly support the hypotheses. The results confirmed that optimal mitigation strategies have significant impact on e-business sustainability.
