The research aims to investigate the relationship between social impacts (benefits, costs) and the local residents’ quality of life. Data were collected from 547 respondents in four cities and towns in Sarawak and analysed using Smart-PLS. The findings showed that cultural/educational benefits, social participation, cultural/behavioral concerns and community resource concerns are significantly related to local residents’ quality of life. | en_US |
