dc.description.abstract

Cultural diversity has grown in many countries due to increased immigration, which makes it necessary for individuals and organisations to be ready to accept and engage effectively with culturally diverse people and stakeholders. This research reconceptualise Multicultural Readiness (MR) at the individual and organisational levels, operationalise them in the form of individual-level (IND MRI) and organisational-level Multicultural Readiness Instrument (ORG MRI) and validate them using a conceptual framework consisting of their antecedents and outcomes.
