This research reconceptualise Multicultural Readiness (MR) at the individual and organisational levels, operationalise them in the form of individual-level (IND MRI) and organisational-level Multicultural Readiness Instrument (ORG MRI) and validate them using a conceptual framework consisting of their antecedents and outcomes.
