dc.description.abstract

This research designed a conceptual framework for the effective implementation and practical recommendations of e-learning in Saudi universities. This research aims to understand academics and students’ attitudes towards e-learning use in Saudi Arabia. A mixed-method was conducted to assess the model critically. The research contributes to increasing the understanding of E-learning by developing a model that provides valuable guidelines on how E-learning can be implemented successfully within the tertiary education setting.
