    Abstract

The capacity and the performance of a cablebolt reinforcement system under dynamic loading conditions are critical and up to date not widely researched. The main focus of this thesis was to investigate the capacity and the performance of cablebolt reinforcement systems under dynamic loading conditions. In order to address these challenges, a significant number of tests were conducted with different configurations, geometries and encapsulation mediums. This thesis presents a new conceptualised grout strength classification.
