dc.description.abstract

The aim of this research is to address the fragmentation and inconsistency of Experience Design (XD) practice by developing a knowledge framework – The XD Stack. Its production is an act of sensemaking within a new paradigm, creating a way for XD knowledge to be consolidated, documented, and shared. To address the methodological challenge of researching diverse (and dispersed) practices within an emergent field, the Design Method Analysis (DMA) methodology was developed within this research.
