My PhD investigates the role of different leadership constructs in managing our ageing and age-diverse workforce. This was achieved by completing three studies including a systematic review of the leadership and age literature; a quantitative study identifying how age-differentiated leadership positively impacts both performance and retention outcomes but through different mediating mechanisms; and an intervention study designing and evaluating an age-inclusive leadership development program. | en_US |
