Abstract
This paper presents a case study on the application of an evaluation framework for education programs (NIMSAD 1) to an information assurance education program utilizing a virtual network environment (VIAN). The discussion considers elements relating to the education process, the education practice, and the educators as project teams. Consideration of technical, educational and human elements are also included.
