Abstract
This paper presents numerical simulation of the Susceptible-Exposed-Infectious-Quarantined-Recovered network model taking into account the community structure of the population. Numerical simulation of the disease transmission within and across the communities has been carried out. The effects of neighborhood radius, transmission rate and quarantine rate on the disease transmission are investigated.
