Abstract
This paper presents a short case study on theimplementation of SAP’s cloud based solution SAP BusinessByDesign (ByD) in one of the largest state department withinAustralia. Software as a Service (SaaS) has its ownimplementation challenges from data migration perspective.This paper provides brief detail of the data migration processfollowed including lessons learned during the migrationactivities.
