    Abstract

    The article offers information on the development and implementation of duty-free quota-free (DFQF) market access regime for least developed country (LDC) under the Generalized System of Preference (GSP) mechanism. It analyzes the role of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT) regime in settlement of trade negotiations of the World Trade Organization (WTO).
