The lecture discusses various machining methods of advanced ceramics, theirperformances and limitations. These methods include both conventional turning, grinding andmilling operations and some selected from the category of non-traditional machining processes likeelectrical discharge machining, laser assisted milling, abrasive water jet and other are presented aswell.
