    Abstract

The focus of this study is to promote the quality teaching of Omani mathematics teachers using Productive Pedagogies as a framework for quality teaching and reflection by them on their practice. This study is a qualitative research informed by grounded theory methodology. The study revealed that mathematics teachers developed new understanding and ability to implement Productive Pedagogies in their mathematics teaching. It makes some recommendations for future research in teaching education and school professional development.
