Half-sweep Conjugate Gradient Method for Solving First Order Linear Fredholm Integro-differential Equations
MetadataShow full item record
The main purpose of this paper is to examine the effectiveness of Half-Sweep Conjugate Gradient (HSCG) method. The trapezoidal and central difference scheme will be used to discretize linear Fredholm integro-differential equations of the first order to formulate system linear equation. The basic formulation and implementation of the proposed method is also presented. Some numerical tests were carried out to show the effectiveness of the proposed method compared to the Full Sweep Conjugate Gradient (FSGS) iterative method.

Application of Solvent Influenced Fluorescence-quenching and Enhancement to Develop a Highly Sensitive HPLC Methodology for Analysis of Resveratrol-PEG ConjugatesBasavaraj, S; Benson, Heather; Brown, David; Chen, Yan (2013)Quantification of pegylated drugs in biological matrices is often complex and challenging. This paper describes a sensitive HPLC method with fluorescence detection for the analysis of pegylated resveratrol, resveratrol ...
Joint non-linear inversion of amplitudes and travel times in a vertical transversely isotropic medium using compressional and converted shear wavesNadri, Dariush (2008)Massive shales and fractures are the main cause of seismic anisotropy in the upper-most part of the crust, caused either by sedimentary or tectonic processes. Neglecting the effect of seismic anisotropy in seismic processing ...
