We report optical experimental frequency division and chaos results in a resonant tunneling diode laser diode driver configuration that forms a self-oscillating circuit. Circuit behavior and laser output results are well predicted using Liénad's equation. © 2008 Optical Society of America.

Modelling and analysis of multi-junction solar cells to improve the conversion efficiency of photovoltaic systemsDas, Narottam; Al Ghadeer, A.; Islam, Syed (2014)© 2014 ACPE. This paper presents modelling and analysis of multi-junction solar cells to improve the conversion efficiency of photovoltaic (PV) power generation systems. For this modelling, Matlab/Simulink tool is used ...
Voltage-sharing converter to supply single-phase asymmetrical four-level diode-clamped inverter with high power factor loadsBoora, A.; Nami, A.; zare, F.; Ghosh, Arindam; Blaabjerg, F. (2010)The output voltage quality of some of the single-phase multilevel inverters can be improved when their dc-link voltages are regulated asymmetrically. Symmetrical and asymmetrical multilevel diode-clamped inverters have ...
A hybrid cascade converter topology with series-connected symmetrical and asymmetrical diode-clamped H-bridge cellsNami, A.; zare, F.; Ghosh, Arindam; Blaabjerg, F. (2011)A novel H-bridge multilevel pulsewidth modulation converter topology based on a series connection of a high-voltage diode-clamped inverter and a low-voltage conventional inverter is proposed in this paper. A dc link voltage ...
