dc.description.abstract

This study of first and third year college-level business students, involved a sample of 220 students (120 first-year students and 100 third-year students) and 11 business teachers from one all-women’s college in the UAE. As one of the first studies of learning environments, teacher interpersonal behavior and motivation and self-regulation to be carried out at the college level in the UAE, it provides important information about the relationships between these pivotal variables.
