Training is imperative to ensure economic relevancy of the workforce amidst Industrial Revolution 4.0. However, organisations hesitate the provision of training due to transfer issues. This study finds a positive influence of psychological capital on transfer of training and organisational citizenship behaviour; as well as a mediating effect of transfer of training. Besides, this study does not substantiate the mediating role of transfer of training in the employee engagement and organisational citizenship behaviour relationship. | en_US |
