Exploratory and pioneering, this thesis informs the body of knowledge on organisational spirituality and organisational resilience in the Australian context. Organisational spirituality was found to act as transformative energy, impacting organisational resilience in a positive way. Compassion, connectedness, and leadership ambience were revealed as vital in the relational dynamics of building resilience capacity. | en_US |
