dc.description.abstract

This study is based on the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2) and Hofstede National Culture Theory. It investigates the determinants of behavioral intention to accept digital financial services in Miri, Sarawak among low-income households while considering the moderating roles of cultural dimensions. Findings from the cross-sectional survey on 343 households reveal insights that have theoretical and managerial implications to improve digital financial services offerings for low-income households.
