dc.description.abstract	This research looks at the application of an ERP technology (SAP) in utilities in Western Australia and undertakes a comparative study of Benefit Realisation and Change Management. It clearly shows that involving people in the change is a critical success factor for any ERP implementation. The research also supports an integrated, carefully planned approach with significant leadership. These are also critical success factors in any ERP implementation.
