dc.description.abstract

This research designed a hypothetical mobile commerce model for Saudi Arabia to assist SMEs in enhancing their mobile commerce operations. The model was critically assessed using a mixed-methods approach that included interviews and an online questionnaire. The research results include a model that identifies critical factors that determine effective adoption. The results of the investigation, both theoretical and practical, significantly advance the field of m-commerce in Saudi Arabian industries and contribute to Saudi Vision 2030.
