Abstract
This multi-stage research aimed to determine the technological needs of community pharmacists to enable contemporary professional services aligned with the Medication Management Pathway. This research evaluated pharmacists’ use of technology in community practice and their anticipated technological needs to support current and emerging practice. A Technology Evaluation Key framework was developed and validated for health technology evaluation, informing recommendations on the application of technology in practice.
