Abstract
Smart growth is vital for Industry 4.0, but it mainly focuses on urban areas, which widens the urban-rural socioeconomic gap. This study proposed a decision-making framework, which includes smart rural, rural resilience, and sustainable rural development to improve the socioeconomic condition in Sarawak.
