dc.description.abstract

This paper examines the student perceptions of e-learning and their e-learning environment at theUniversiti Sains Malaysia (USM). A quantitative approach was used to collect the data in answering the research questions for this study. The research question formulated in this paper is to study the following aspect: (a) Perceptions of student’s e-leaning towards their e-learning environment; and (b) Suggestions for improving the e-learning environment. Convenience sampling method was employed for university to collect data from classes which had student numbers of 100 and more. The findings of this study are provided in two sections as follows: (i) Perceptions of students e-leaning towards their e-learning environment; and (ii) Recommendations to improve the e-learning environment for Universiti Sains Malaysia.
