dc.description.abstract

Quality assessment process is a very complex process. At the same time quality assessment is very vital and crucial for many business processes. In this paper we propose and explain trustworthiness measurement methodology, which is a generic method which can be used to determine the quality of service (QoS) of a given service provider and the quality of product (QoP) of a given product.
