dc.description.abstract

This study examines the different perspectives between downloaders and non-downloaders based on personal factors and social factors. 235 usable responses from down-loaders and 174 usable responses from non-down-loaders were used in the analysis. Self-Control Theory and Neutralization Theory are used as theoretical foundations to explain the research model in this study. A number of implications for businesses will be discussed, suggestions for future research are reviewed and the main contributions of the study will also be delineated.
