Abstract
Perceived (but not objective) age diversity is negatively linked to learning in on-site industrial training groups. This relationship is mediated by knowledge sharing and moderated by psychological safety climate, such that the indirect negative effect of age diversity on learning through knowledge sharing occurs only when psychological safety is low.
