dc.description.abstract

This program of research, involving people with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, was designed to optimise referrals to a pulmonary rehabilitation program, and to understand factors that influence the maintenance of training-related gains following completion of an initial program. It comprised two studies: a multi-method study involving consumers, and a systematic review, meta-analysis and meta-regression of the existing literature.
